We were introduced to Havanese in 1998 when our daughter purchased "Sofie" (pictured above). We immediately fell in love with the breed.

Havanese are adorable small house dogs that make great pets. They are intelligent dogs and therefore are easy to train. Although they are small, they are very sturdy and get along well with children. They do not have the typical dander that most dogs have, so they do not cause allergies and many individuals with severe allergies have no problems around Havanese dogs. They have a soft, long coat that is virtually shed free. They became AKC recognized in 1997, before 1997 they were a member of the UKC. Havanese are great dogs, we LOVE them!

We have one to two litters a year. All of our puppies are AKC registerable. Our female, Sofie, is a registered Havanese with the AKC and we only breed to registered males. We also have our females eyes certified every year by the Canine Eye Registration Foundation (CERF) and we verify that the breeding male has also had his eyes certified through CERF. Our puppies are very well socialized coming from a family of 13 children. They are raised in our home around children, not in kennels.
